He is a former Chapter Chair for the Wisconsin Chapter of the Immigration Lawyers Association. Attorney Rivas has been a speaker on immigration law issues in various settings, including radio and television. He further is the District #10 Coordinator of the Milwaukee Archdiocese’s Justice for Immigrants Committee, and has been Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Latino Chapter of the UWM Alumni Association.
